Alpin Systems was founded by Richard Volgger in the Ahrntal valley and has its office at the NOI Techpark in Bruneck, Via Europa 9, in the heart of the Puster Valley. We build digital systems for hotels, guesthouses, garni hotels and holiday apartments across South Tyrol, from Bolzano to Merano and Bressanone to the Dolomites, as well as for businesses in Trentino and the wider Alpine region.

We know the day at the front desk: the phone rings during check-in, emails pile up and at 11 pm a guest writes on WhatsApp asking whether a room is still free. That is why we build tools that take this work off your hands: reliable, in the guest's language and only with information you approve.

We write the code ourselves, with no off-the-shelf platform, and run hosting and maintenance on servers in Europe. You do not have to deal with the technology, and you keep control of your data and your online presence at all times. We work in English, German and Italian.

What hoteliers ask us first.

Do I have to replace my current website?

No. The digital assistant and the booking system can be added to almost any existing website, whether it runs on Wix, WordPress or a page built by another agency. We only build a new website if that is genuinely the better choice for you.

What happens when the digital assistant does not know an answer?

It says so openly and passes the request on to you by email, WhatsApp or a callback request. It does not invent prices, availability or promises. It works only with the information you have approved.

Who hosts the website and who owns the data?

We handle hosting, maintenance and updates on servers in Europe. Content, guest data and domain belong to you. You have access at any time and can change provider whenever you like.

How long does it take to get started?

A digital assistant is usually running within a few days. A complete website or a booking system takes several weeks, depending on scope. You receive the timeline together with the written offer.

What does it cost?

That depends on which modules you need: website, booking system, digital assistant or a combination. Every business receives a written offer with a fixed amount after a free 15-minute first call. One-off work and monthly services are listed separately. Invoices are issued without Italian VAT (regime forfettario); businesses in other EU countries account for VAT under the reverse-charge rule, and Swiss businesses pay no Italian VAT.

Do you work outside South Tyrol, or only for hotels?

Our office is at the NOI Techpark in Bruneck, in the Puster Valley, but we work with accommodation businesses across South Tyrol, in Trentino, Tyrol, Switzerland and Bavaria. Most of the work happens remotely with one contact person. Hospitality is our core, and we also build websites for craft businesses, shops, practices and service providers in South Tyrol.
