15 minutes by phone, video or in person. We ask how you take bookings today, which software you use and what you would like to change.

Set-up and preview
We configure rooms, seasons, languages and texts, and you receive a preview link. You have two rounds of corrections before anything goes live.

Live and supported
The system goes onto your website. You have one contact person for questions, and ongoing care is listed separately from the one-off set-up in your offer.

Questions about the booking system.
How much does the booking system cost?
It depends on the number of units, the features you need and whether a connection to your hotel software is required. There are tiers for up to three units, for guesthouses up to ten rooms and for hotels with categories. Every business receives a written offer with a fixed amount after a free 15-minute first call. One-off work and monthly services are listed separately. Invoices are issued without Italian VAT (regime forfettario); businesses in other EU countries account for VAT under the reverse-charge rule, and Swiss businesses pay no Italian VAT.
Do I need a new website to use it?
No. The booking system can be added to your existing website, whether built with Wix, WordPress or by another agency. If you want a new website anyway, we build both together so that they fit.
Can guests book directly, or only send an enquiry?
Both are possible, and you decide. With the enquiry form the guest asks and you confirm personally. With direct booking the guest books and receives a confirmation straight away. Many houses start with enquiries and switch later.
Does it work with my hotel software or channel manager?
A connection to your property management system or channel manager is possible after we have reviewed the software in question. We tell you honestly in the first call whether it works and how, before you commit to anything.
In which languages do guests book?
English, German and Italian. Confirmation emails and reminders are sent in the language the guest used.
Who owns the booking and guest data?
You do. The data belongs to your business, you can access it at any time and you can take it with you if you ever change provider. We host the system on servers in Europe.
